You deserve to feel confident, prepared, and supported - no matter how you birth
Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, whether you're planning an unmedicated birth or scheduled for a C-section, whether you have a doula or you're going it alone with your partner - you deserve to know your options, understand your rights, and feel ready for what's ahead.
That's what we do here. We prepare Black families to advocate for themselves, navigate the medical system, and protect their peace during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Baby Mama Boot Camp
4 weeks of hands-on birth preparation that actually prepares you for REAL birth
Baby Mama Bootcamp teaches you and your partner the same techniques doulas use during labor - positioning, breathing, comfort measures, how to speak up when something doesn't feel right, and how to advocate for the birth YOU want.
This isn't about fear. This is about power.
What You'll Learn:
- Week 1: Advocacy & Your Rights - How to speak up in the hospital, informed consent, what to do if you're being pressured, postpartum warning signs
- Week 2: Labor & Birth Prep Rehearsal (for you and your partner)- What happens in labor, effective comfort measures, positions that help baby descend, when to go to the hospital, counter-pressure, and ways your partner can actually HELP instead of just standing there scared
- Week 3: Confidence Building & Affirmations For Labor- Learn how to prepare mentally and spiritually to give birth with courage and fearlessness. We will discuss your fears surrounding fears and help you retrain your brain to believe in yourself and your body’s ability to give birth
- Week 4: Breastfeeding Basics- Latching, positioning, what's normal vs. what needs help, how to know baby is getting enough
Who This Is For
- First-time moms who want to feel prepared, not scared
- Moms who had a traumatic first birth and want to do it differently this time
- Partners who want to know how to actually support during labor (not just hold your hand and look nervous)
- Anyone who wants to feel confident going into birth - with or without a doula
