How to Book Doula Services

1. Check Your Eligibility: Our Medicaid-funded Community Doula Program serves families with Sunshine Health, Humana, and United Healthcare plans in Florida. (We do NOT accept any private or marketplace insurances at this time including but not limited to Blue Cross, Tricare, Aetna, Ambetter etc.) We also do not accept those with dual insurances (example: BCBS+Medicaid etc).

2. Complete Our Quick Form: Fill out our online application to let us know your needs.

3. We’ll Reach Out: Once your interest form is complete, you will be assigned a Doula through our platform Doulado. We strive to have Doulas assigned and making their first contact with you within 24-48hours of receiving your form.
