Medical Billing and Coding For Doulas
I got my first Medicaid contract in late 2018. I was sooo excited to see insurance companies promising to pay for my services in writing...but there was one BIG FAT problem...I didn't know exactly HOW to get the money .
I was going to visit the clients and teaching classes in the community but when it came time to turn in my information and actually get PAID I was so confused!
The process felt like me being in high school calculus️ all over again.
Completely overwhelming.

Once I got that first payment, it was like a light at the end of the tunnel...now I could finally turn in the remaining visits I'd done over the course of those last months and know that I would get paid!
