Whether that's your partner, your best friend, your cousin, or your mama — whoever is walking into that birth room with you needs to be ready. This hands-on, interactive labor prep class will teach you and your support person everything you need to know before baby arrives.

In this class you will learn:

- Comfort measures to help you through labor including how to use a sheet as a Rebozo

- How to advocate for yourself and your baby in the birth room

- How your support person can show up for you in real time

- What to expect and how to communicate under pressure

This is not a lecture. This is a full body, hands on experience that will leave you and your support person feeling confident and prepared.

This class gives Softness After Survival type shit.

Postpartum mamas, this one is for you.

Come as you are. Still healing. Still figuring it out. Still carrying everything that happened in that birth room. This is your permission to put it down for a few hours and just breathe.

The Glow Up Edition is an immersive postpartum support experience built around self love, confidence building, and community. Expect dim lighting, glow sticks, mocktails, mirror work, affirmations, coping mechanisms for dealing with postpartum depression and real conversation with women who get it.

You will leave this room reminded of who you are.

Bring the babies and siblings or pop out by yourself, whichever you prefer, this is a safe space to come as you are!
