Starting February 3rd, this virtual yoga class is designed just for Black moms—whether you’re rocking a baby bump or adjusting to life with your little one. This isn’t just a yoga class; it’s your space to move, breathe, and connect with your body and your baby.

What to Expect:

Gentle movements to ease aches and build strength.

A judgment-free vibe where you can just BE.

A chance to center yourself and recharge—you deserve it!

This class is being made possible through an incredible partnership between The Village of Sacred Melanin and Soul Sista Birth Services and will be led by Satin Marche' the amazing owner of Sacred Melanin and Creator of Baby Mama Yoga.
