I bring over 8 years of experience advocating for Black moms in my community as a Doula. And I’m bringing everything I know directly to YOU.

- How to communicate with your healthcare team
- How to recognize coercion and push back
- How to make sure your voice is heard when it matters most

Postpartum Party: Spooky Edition is a Halloween-themed support group & social event for moms + babies to get out the house, eat good food and mingle!

Costume contest for moms & babies ( w/ prizes + raffles!)

Postpartum Support Circle Theme:
“Facing the Monster of Postpartum Depression and Birth Trauma” (discussion on postpartum depression, birth trauma and real-life coping tools)
Who Can Attend:
Moms with babies 1 year & under (siblings welcome!)
Sunshine Health Medicaid Members get priority VIP access to this event
